One of the challenges in modern workplaces is to help employees to become much less self focused and to get their attention focused on what is happening around then, so that they notice things.
When employees become more aware, potential problems are noticed and dealt with before damage is done.
These posters are designed to educate and inspire workers to begin practicing tried and true virtuous behaviors. Practicing these naturally brings one’s attention out into the world. Workplaces improve quickly.
When people do good things for others, they develop a stronger sense of self- acceptance. They like themselves. Self-esteem rises. This is a pathway to robust mental wellbeing.
This is the Main Poster to be placed in key locations around the workplace.
Poster Comes in A1, A2 and A3 Sizes
Print A4 & A3 In House and A1 and A2 can be printed by online services or at
Officeworks inexpensively.
All three Sizes are included in the package.
Posters 2 & 3
This will be a 12- month program for your organisation.
Start out with the main Poster in the first month, then add the next Poster for a month, including toilet doors etc.
These come in A3 and A4.
Posters 4 & 5
Virtuous behaviors and actions naturally increase care. People feel safer and find a deep sense of belonging and trust.
Posters 6 & 7
These virtuous attitudes and actions were taught, in years gone by, by ministers of religion and grand parents.
As our society grew wealthier and people moved away from this type of support, these virtues began to vanish.
Posters 8 & 9
These Posters and their content will provide ideas and discussion points for Toolbox meetings and can be discussed briefly before other types of meetings, i.e., management, sales, customer service

In 2023, we will release a new set of Posters with 12 new Virtuous behaviors and/or actions to help your program to expand and to help your people to continue to grow.
Posters 12 & 13
We recommend laminating posters to extend their life and useability.
