If you have come this far, then you are interested in learning to run, or learning to improve your running.I will be running a number of groups that will meet twice per week for 6 weeks. A total of 12 sessions. If there are enough numbers, I will run a beginners and intermediate group in the mornings and afternoons (perhaps Monday and Thursday), and a kids group on the Wednesday and Saturday (or Sunday). We will finalise a schedule once we know numbers.In addition to the sessions, I will provide you with extensive information, tips and ideas to help you progress, including information on recovery, stretching, helpful massage, hydration, footwear and a variety of other factors.Please Register your interest below and I will forward an email with all the details.
